We take pride in the quality of our custom-made products. However, we understand that issues can occur.
Personalised Items: We do not offer refunds or returns for personalised products unless they arrive damaged or are lost in transit.
Non-Personalised Items: Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
